Refund Policy

By enrolling in the Marcelle Pick Drop20 Program, you are engaging in a comprehensive weight loss program. When followed as presented, the Drop20 Program produces measurable benefits.

While I commit my professional reputation to your success, I cannot control your commitment and your desire to succeed. We must be “all-in” together from the outset - this is not a try it and see if you like it program. For this reason the only refund policy offered is if you withdraw from the Drop20 Program within forty-eight hours of registration. You must notify me by email at mp@marcellepick.com of your intention to withdraw. Your refund will be subject to a 7% refund processing fee based on the amount that was paid. Upon return of any distributed materials the refund will be processed via the original payment method.
